fraud alert
Do you have the guts to watch this video, can you handle the truth ?
All information below is subject to the document confidentially and liability agreement at the "Conf & Liab" link above.
One of the sad facts of life is that so many people and business firms have near zero integrity or quality when dealing with others. Its defiantly not the county I grew up in anymore when it comes to quality and integrity in business. With nearly 25 years experience as a financial fiduciary I am frankly appalled at the increase in moronic stupidity and outright fraud since 1/20/93. Do you remember what happened on that date?
In 1993 as a businessperson I had to waste about 30 hours a year dealing with the results of somebody else's laziness, stupidy or lack of integrity. I now must waste 30 hours a month on average dealing with other peoples integrity issues. That time costs more dollars than all the taxes I pay in a year making dishonesty of others the biggest real expense that I, like many Americans now pay for.Thank you Bill Clinton for making dishonesty in America so cool that 12 fold more people now have the same whorish level of zero integrity you and Hillary are the poster children for since 1/20/93.
No wonder I dream of being a Wyoming potato farmer, as buried potatoes cant cheat or lie and you don't even have to worry much about the weather.
Its seems like most businesses with over 5 employees are filled with morons or crooks. Some big firms like t-mobile, tmobile sucks so bad, ( i should get tmobilesucks.com) and engage in blantent billing fraud worse than ennron you wonder how they stay out of jail. Since the Clinton's made their "what can we lie about and get away with it today" modus operendi an art form, thousands of large companies, espically cell phone companies, credit card companies and medical firms have intentional schemes to overbill its patrons with clearly fradulent non contracted charges. Sadly the non-enforcement of the mail and wire fraud laws (see: http://www.lectlaw.com/def2/w017.htm) is clearly for sale with big caimpaign contributions from the biggest fraudlent billers.
Today many larger firms, just like our sleaze filled government and many lawyers, are using every underhanded guile and every trick known to man to hose their customers, and the bigger they are the more likely they seem to engage in moronic or fraudulent and illegal business practices.
There sadly is an inverse relationship in America to a firms size and its integrity. Bigger usually equals less than 100% integrity in its customer dealings.
Banks, Medical providers, Telecom's, and insurance companies in my experience have integrity issues more than half the time.
Mutual fund companies, smaller mom & pop type firms, and mostly insider owned firms seem more immune to corrupt practices.
Almost as bad as firms honesty is how moronically some firms are run with near total disregard to delivering customers & shareholders a good outcome.
I suspect this is true in part because small business people live or die on our reputations not having millions to BS people about their virtue with advertising like bigger firms do aka: bigger often does not equal better.
In any event I have listed here the firms I am an ex-customer of because their outright moronic stupidy or blatant dishonesty will never allow me to willingly do business with them again. I have even sued some on this list for their grafts and won 100% of the time.
Like seller feedback on ebay, I hope my posting here of my dirty dozens will alert all who read this page to firms others have experienced quality or integrity issues to be forewarned.
Like the ancient Greeks wrote in centuries BC:
Caveat emptor: Let the buyer beware!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE if you have had bad experiences with any firms integrity or quality, feel free to email me the readers digest version and I will post their firms name here as well.
If everybody in America knew who the sleazy firms with bad reputations were our economy's millions of Ennron's could be purged be out of business.
Finally, its not all bad. My Links page has the business I highly recommend as AAA+ based on my personal experience as their customer, click links above to check them out.
