When there is no truth, there can be no justice and there is no American way.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Pennsylvania should be renamed Lieslyvania for its contempt for truth and the constitutional rights of we the people.</B></div> <bR> <div> My heart is sad with what the home of the liberty bell and American independence has become. You cant swing a dead rat in Pa without hitting breathtaking cultural dishonesty or government rules that TOTALLY ignore the constitutional rights and liberty of we the people, rights brave American solders have given life and limb for. </div> <bR> <div>  I could just cry when I think of what the state of my birth has become. Pennsylvania used to be a great place to live. After all PA was the birthplace of freedom. Washington at Valley forge, Betsy Ross, the liberty bell, the declaration of independence, our constitution, and many other icons of American liberty have Pennsylvania origins. Pa is now a corrupt socialist welfare slave state where corrupt government at every level tramples the rights of the governed with disregard to the constitutional protections of BOTH the state and federal constitution. Government oppression of self-employed the state can't easily control is like a sport in Pennsylvania. If you are self-employed in Pa your treated like a criminal while government workers are treated like royality.</div> <bR> <div>  Laws often mean NOTHING in PA, if they run contrary to what some government employees and law enforcement feel like doing on any given day. My wife said recently what is the point of having laws when they are rarely enforced. Even a broken clock tells the time right twice a day, yet broken click efficiency of right twice a day would be a step up for most Pa government and law enforcement. The sad fact of life in Pa is that there is nothing LESS important than the truth.</div> <bR> <div> I have added this web page to give voice to anyone whose rights are trampled in Pa or has a good example of what kind of morons run this states local and statewide government, so email me your Pa sucks story.</div> <bR> <div> Here are a few of the thousands I know are true. (ps if you think I'm nuts click on the state and federal constitution and law links on the left to verify the part of the constitution I refer to in the below examples are indeed true.</div> <bR> <div> Copral punishment (aka: paddeling & physical punishment) of children is legal in Pa. law. However, separate criminal tribunals for any accused are specifically illegal under the state constitution (section 15). That fact does not stop county child welfare social workers with state governments help from punishing parents who punish their kids. The state and county welfarecrats with NO due process of law  persons charged with a crime are entitled to find parents guilty of child abuse without any hearing. Pa deny's all parents of federal and state section 9 constitutionally required due process. In one case a parent was deemed a child abuser with ZERO hearing or due process of law just for having his child sit at the kitchen table to write a punishment essay about his bad behavior. The child claimed a back injury was caused by the chair. How's that for blind justice ?</div> <bR> <div> The Pa department of welfare DOES NOT even count or keep stats on which county children and youth agencies make false findings of abuse agaist a parent. County findings of abuse occur with no hearing or constitutionally required due process of law. It takes about a year and costs wrongly accused parents about 4k in legal just to get a DOW hearing. <B>Why learn from mistakes that destroy parents lives when you can just cover them ?</B></div> <bR> <div> Who owns your water well? Pa thinks it does illegally demanding owners of private wells not use their own water whenever government says. The state just ignores your US constitution 5th amendment rights not to have ANY property right seized for an alleged public good without fair compensation. In 1999 the US supreme court ruled in Lucas vs South Carolina states must pay landowners for ANY impairment of their private property rights by government for its public objectives. Of course those public officials sworn to uphold the constitution in Pa just ignore this inconvenient fact as well and go on impairing private property rights without even the suggestion that constitutionally required compensation be paid.</div> <bR> <div> The Pa constitution section 21 says your right to possess a firearm may NOT be questioned and you may not be searched without problem cause and a warrant under the federal constitutions 4th amendment. Just try to get in some Pa government buildings without submitting to a warrantless search. Once again, your rights mean nothing when bureaucrats who think their indispensable insist their safety is MORE important than your constitutional rights.</div> <bR> <div> Think your federal constitutions 4th amendment rights to be secure in your papers from unreasonable search restrain Pa government? Think again Pa agencies across the board demand people turn over private documents (esp. tax returns) everyday without any constitutional basis to make such demands. Do as I say not as I do, should be Pa's motto as it passes privacy laws that apply to all but government.</div> <bR> <div> Its unconstitutional under the federal constitutions 8th amendment to impose unreasonable fines, yet many Pa communities have leash law fines above $250.00 because a dog craps in the wrong place. Illegal unreasonable govt fines and unusual punishments are commonplace in PA. Minor motor vehicle fines can now run in the thousands of dollars and drivers licenses are suspended for many reasons having nothing to do with driving.</div> <bR> <div> All Pennsylvanians are entitled to equal protection under the law from criminals.</div> <div> Can you guess how many Catholic priests are in Pa jails for molestation ? Because corrupt prosecutors practice selective prosecution the answer is STILL NONE!</div> <bR> <div> Child kidnapping is a crime in Pa as it is everywhere. The Pa criminal kidnapping law (title 18 chapter 29) is so strong it also makes it a crime for any adult (relative or otherwise) not empowered by court order to interfere with the custody of any Pa child's natural parent, Take a child away in a car without their parents permission, to entice or coerce a child away from its natural parent, or to conceal a child whereabouts from its parent. Think the local police will arrest a nutty family member who violates any or all of the above? Think again, my son was taken away from his mothers funeral by religious fanatics in my family who had zero legal authority to hold him against my will yet local cops threatened to arrest me if I tried to take him back.</div> <bR> <div> All citizens have a right to due process and appeal of wrong government decisions. PA DRO's takes months to respond to most requests, but when they demand you do something, you usually get 10 days from when they claim to have mailed an order to appeal their decision. AKA: you have no real time to appeal Pa DRO orders.</div> <bR> <div> Its illegal in the Pa constitution to jail anyone over a debt they cant pay. Yet across the board Pa threatens and jails people everyday who can't pay the what the state alone says they owe.</div> <bR> <div> Slavery and indentured slavery are both unconstitutional in the federal constitutions 13th amendment. Yet everyday the state government demands people in Pa do work in illegal programs from continuing professional education, to mandated community service by students without pay. Everyday the state demand payments via county DRO from people who are unemployed or disabled in amounts greater than they have. When they don't pay the state takes their drivers licence. How is that different than slavery and indentured servitude?</div> <bR> <div> Think you have a federal 1st amendment right to political free speech, so do people who picket state government offices and are arrested for doing so.</div> <bR> <div> Think you have a right to leave property to your heirs in a trust as you directed. Not according to the Pa attorney general whose people claimed in court all trusts in Pa are to be run for the good of all the people of Pa and not just the ones named by trusts donor. The recent Hershey trust case means the political class will decide if your beneficiaries get what you directed. Even when your dead your not safe from Pa governments lust for unconstitutional takings that violate the federal constitution and the Pa constitutions section 8.</div> <bR> <div> Discrimination based on sex is illegal in the federal constitution and Pa constitutions section 28. However, mothers win over 90% of custody dispute cases. If no sex discrimination existed men would win near half of custody disputes as they do in several states.</div> <bR> <div> Pa state government claimed in court it was suing the big tobacco companies to get back the extra taxes that state taxpayers had to chip in over the years to pay for the state healthcare costs for tobacco related illness. When Pa won billions in the tobacco settlement did it refund the money to the taxpayers who it claimed unfairly footed the bill? <B>Hell NO ! </B>The state spends the tobacco money of moronic pork barrel projects and anti smoker education. Does anybody not  really know tobacco is bad for your health and need education on the subject?</div> <bR> <div> Few of the millions of Pennsylvanians will ever care to pay big bucks watch the Philadelphia Eagles play football live. That fact didn't stop the state from giving tens of  millions of all taxpayers dollars to build the Eagles a new stadium.</div> <bR> <div> Everybody in Pa who owns a car gets ripped of with state inspections. Auto inspection firms have the power to prevent you from driving your car you not they own until you perform what repairs their profit motive decides are needed. State mandated car repair is totally unconstitutional and states without this burden do not have more accidents per capita due to unsafe cars. State car inspections equal just one more Pa illegal ripoff.</div> <bR> <div> Why do roads ever have tolls? We pay taxes to build roads, float bonds for roads and pay again every time your buy gas to maintain them. Most states have no toll roads. Pa like some other states has its turnpike commission paying up to $20 an hour for people to stand around doing little or nothing for political reasons. Turnpike commissions are where both political parties hide their cronies who need a job on state payrolls. The state constitution gives all people a right to traverse the states roads. Ever hear of a right you must pay to exercise.</div> <bR> <div> Here are some of the stories people have sent me:</div> <bR> <div> A PA MAN WAS CHARGED WITH RAPE, THE ACCUSER CAME FORWARD AND ADMITTED SHE LIED. THEN THE DA GOT AHOLD OF HER AND SUDDENLY SHE CHANGED HER TUNE AGAIN. THEN AT THE TRAIL THE PUBLIC DEFENDER WAS NOT GIVEN EVIDENCE UNTIL THE LAST DAY. WHICH IN FACT PROVED HE WAS NT GUILTY. THE DR WHO DID THE RAPE TEST SAID SHE HAD NO SIGNS OF RAPE. WELL GUESS WHAT THE JUDGE ORDERED THE JURY TO DELIBRATE AND WAS ORDERED TO COME TO A DECISION OF GUILTY OR NOT THAT EVENING BECAUSE HE WAS LEVING ON A TRIP THE NEXT DAY. AND A HUNG JURY WAS NOT A OPTION. SO AFTER 19 HOURS OF THE JURY RULED GUILTY. AT THE SENTENCING THE DA ADMITTED PLAYING TENNIS WITH THE FOREMAN OF THE JURY. </div> <bR> <bR> <div> IN VENANGO COUNTY A GUY IS IN JAIL FOR MURDER WHY BECAUSE A PAIN PATCH WAS TAKEN FROM HIM AND THE MAN TORE IT OPEN AND ATE THE INSIDE MEDICINE.</div> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
