This beautiful older brick colonial home is 1905 sq feet of living space, hard wood floors throughout, 4 bedrooms, 2 tile bathrooms, fireplace with working blower, kitchen, dining room, living room, nice fenced in back yard, a community pool, central air, HUGE fenced in back yard, 2nd floor padio, small storage barn, elevated gardens, partially finished basement, HUGE 3rd floor storage area and a converted garage area with separate side street entrance. Its an older home that is comming off a lease and by no means in perfect condition.

I had sold this property via sales agreement to people who started several home improvement projects that they left unfinished when they defaulted and moved out. Thus, its somewhat of a fixer-upper.
The property is in Cumberland counties best school district: Camp Hill boro. The heat is reliable, warm and usually very cheap heating oil, there is central air, and gas hot water/stove, public water/sewer. The roof is under 11 years old and still in perfect shape.
I myself lived in this great home for 10 years between 1989-1999. I'm open to keep renting the property with an option to buy, sell it outright, equity share, RENT TO OWN or sell at the appraised value via seller financed sales agreement to any qualified buyer with steady documented total household income over 55k who can put 1 to 5% down.
I am also open to renting the property to 2-4 people who would be roomates together.
Self employed, prior credit issues or discharged bankruptcy ARE NOT a dealbreaker. The sales agreement or rent payment is will likely be between 1200.00 to 1500.00 per month depending on the terms, buyer and downpayment.
